• All documents you upload are accurate and are your own or documents you are authorized to share

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access for any user who violates these Terms or whose access poses a security risk.

4. Public Adjusting Services

Information on this website about public adjusting services, the claims process, or insurance matters is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice. The outcome of any insurance claim depends on many factors specific to your policy and circumstances. Green PA makes no guarantee of any particular settlement amount or outcome.

Engagement of Green PA's services is governed solely by a separate, signed engagement agreement. Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship.

5. Intake Forms & Contact Requests

Submitting an intake form or contact request on this website does not create a client relationship or engagement. Green PA will review your inquiry and contact you to discuss next steps. Until a written engagement agreement is signed by both parties, Green PA has no obligation to act on your behalf.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green PA regarding your use of this website. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. SMS Program Terms & Conditions

Green Public Insurance Adjusting offers SMS alerts and notifications to clients and prospective clients who explicitly opt in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any service, and mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The following terms govern participation in this program. This program operates through our registered telephone number and is administered in compliance with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and applicable CTIA guidelines.

Message Frequency

You will receive up to 10 messages per month. Message types include claim status updates, document requests, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-up, and welcome messages. Green PA will never send unsolicited promotional messages.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier's plan. Green PA does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Completing the opt-in form on our website at thegreenpa.com
• Texting a designated keyword to our business number
• Providing explicit written or verbal consent during your client intake process

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device used to subscribe and that you have provided explicit consent to receive text messages from Green Public Insurance Adjusting.

Verbal Opt-In

Clients may also provide verbal consent to receive SMS messages during a phone call with a Green Public Insurance Adjusting staff member. When verbal consent is obtained, the staff member will confirm the client's mobile number, explain the message frequency (up to 10 messages per month), advise that message and data rates may apply, explain that the client may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and send a confirmation SMS to the client's mobile number immediately following the call.

Verbal opt-in script used by staff:

'Before we conclude our call today, I would like to ask your permission to send you SMS text messages regarding your claim. These messages would include updates on your claim status, document requests, and appointment reminders. You would receive no more than 10 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Would you like to receive these text message updates from Green Public Insurance Adjusting?'

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To resubscribe, you may opt in again at any time using the methods described above.

Privacy

This SMS program is administered using Twilio as our SMS delivery platform and RingCentral for business telephone services. Both platforms are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) in compliance with 10DLC (10-digit long code) regulations.
